I watched the season 3 trailor this week like thousands of others and was totally stunned by what I saw. The Zuko and Mai kiss . . ..nooooo!!!
But since then I've had plenty of time to think about it. I am a die-hard Zutara fan and I will not let this one little thing screw up my love for the show! Zutara still has many chances of happening . . here's some reasons:
1) We have a whole season left people! Anything can happen within that time!
2) Maiko might not even last past one episode, like how Katara and Jet and Zuko and Jin broke up before the end.
3) And even if it does last one ep, it might not last the WHOLE ENTIRE season! Think! They might be together in the beginning, but in the end Zuko might find someone else! *cough*katara*cough*
4) ahem . . . Another thing is that, which from watching the video, Zuko is walking away to go do something. I think he will be looking for his mother during this and could in some way or another end up running into the gang.
5) Also, we all know that at heart, Zuko is a good person. He just doesn't know which path is the right one to take. And Katara has seen a glimpse of that good inside of him like no one else but Iroh.
6) and for good measure . . . Katara just looks a heck of a lot better in fire nation clothes! lol Just my opinion . . .

Well that's all my thoughts on the shipping. Now for what is gonna happen! lol It looks like Katara is gonna kick some butt all season with her amazing water bending! Sokka looks amazing . . . the trailor re-awoke the Sokka fan girl inside of me! Zuko will look for his mother at some point and . . . i hope *crosses fingers and toes* . . . Zutara will happen! We still have 20 stinkin eps to go so I can't wait!!!!! Anything can happen and the trailor was only a small glimpse of all that is coming!!!
